Sarah Wilson

My name is Sarah Wilson and I am a Crossfit Level 1 Certified Instructor.  I found myself in a Crossfit gym in September 2010 after a friend dragged me in saying you will love it.  Previously I had just completed my second half Ironman and was burnt out on long drawn out training and could not find a happy training medium that allowed me to build off of another program but still maintain a well rounded fitness level.   Little did I know that Crossfit would be that solution.  As a former Naval Special Operations Officer (EOD) that has been training in one form or another for the better part of my life, Crossfit has been able to bring a new level of fitness that I am still growing in to this day.  I played soccer, swam and ran track before crossing over to triathlons and coaching.  I have coached soccer and swimming and instructed spinning and other classes.  My background consists of both fitness and athletics, and thanks to Crossfit, I am able to take my love of both and help others find that same satisfaction.

No matter what your level of fitness is or what you are training for, I can very easily say that Crossfit will help you to attain that fitness goal you are working for safely, effectively, efficiently…and oh yeah, we will have fun while doing it.  I look forward to helping you attain those goals.
