Welcome to OV FIT! We have 2 revolutionary programs: CrossFit Ocean View and Gustavo Machado Norfolk Brazilian Jiu jitsu (BJJ) & Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Whatever your fitness needs, whether you’re training for a prizefight or fighting to keep up with the grandkids, we can help. Our coaches and staff are dedicated in helping to achieve your goals.
Under Gustavo Machado, we are the most established BJJ program in the area and we are destined to be a top CrossFit facility on the East Coast. Our members are a diverse group with common goals of fitness, health and wellness. They include full time moms, firefighters, nurses, lawyers, military special forces, teachers, businessmen, grandparents, collegiate athletes and everything in between.
