Our Boot camp program is for those who want to have fun, get in shape and lay a solid foundation for success in our regular CrossFit classes. Unlike other boot camps that mindlessly make you run and do other calisthenics, we focus on proper movement, posture and technique before the workout. We actually teach you something very useful. We also have nutritional counseling for these 12 weeks. With consistency and diligence, you can expect dramatic weight and body comp improvements plus increased energy, strength and coordination. Its not unlikely to lose 15 lbs and drop a few sizes. One thing is guaranteed, you will be more fit.
Our boot camp is designed to be positive, supportive and also a learning tool. It is not designed to be intimidating. There is no angry yelling. Boot camp is for all fitness levels and exercises can be scaled both up and down.
