OV Barbell Club
OV Barbell Club is an Olympic lifting and Power lifting program that focuses on improving technique and increasing strength in the following five lifts:
- snatch,
- clean and jerk,
- bench press,
- squat, and
- dead lift
We will challenge the physical abilities of men and women and enhance their ability to perform well at all of the listed lifts above. OV Barbell will optimize physical competence in each of these five lifts. We will also be working on speed, agility and plyometric training. This program will successfully deliver results at every level!
Sure, the movements that this program recommends are very demanding and athletic but the experience is second to none! OV Barbell is a place where you will be able to challenge yourself everyday. Where everyday you will push yourself to the limit . Where you will work hard and win big!
